Ruhut Sitompul Dicopot sebagai Jubir Demokrat karena Dukung Ahok

MONDAYREVIEW.COM, Jakarta - Wakil Ketua Dewan Pembina Partai Demokrat (Wanbin PD) Agus Hermanto membeberkan alasan Ruhut Sitompul dinonaktifkan dari jabatannya sebagai Koordinator Juru Bicara (Jubir) partai berlambang Mercy tersebut.
Menurut Agus, Ruhut dipecat karena dia kerap menyatakan dukungannya kepada calon petahana Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) di Pilkada DKI 2017 mendatang.
"Yang dinonaktifkan itu adalah posisi sebagai koordinator juru bicara, karena ada sesuatu hal yang disampaikan Pak Ruhut bahwa secara pribadi mendukung pasangan Ahok, namun ketika kita ketahui Demokrat belum memutuskan apa-apa, sehingga khawatir seolah-olah yang disampaikan Pak Ruhut itu sikap Demokrat," ujarnya, di Kompleks Parlemen, Senayan, Jakarta, Selasa (23/8).

"Sekarang kami sampaikan PD itu penentuan gubernur itu yang menentukan majelis tinggi. Majelis tinggi memilih melaksanakan pemantauan survei sehingga ditetapkan. Karena jabatan sebagian koordinator jubir sehingga publik takut menerima informasi yang bias," pungkasnya.
