MONITORDAY.COM - Politisi senior Partai Golongan Karya (Golkar) Agun Gunandjar Sudarsa mengungkap alasannya memilih Jokowi pada perhelatan Pilpres 2019 yang akan diselenggarakan 17 April mendatang.
Menurut pria yang akrab disapa Kang Agun ini, Jokowi adalah anak rakyat, tukang mebel yang pastinya mengalami pahit getirnya sebagai rakyat, dari usaha mebel sampai sukses bisa ekspor.
"Pemimpin yang tidak perlu dibisiki apalagi diajari, karena sudah mengalami dan sangat paham penderitaan dan kebutuhan rakyat," tulis kang Agun sebagaimana dikutip dari kolom tulisannya di kompasiana.

Menurut Kang Agun rakyat perlu memilih pemimpin yang paham dan pernah merasakan pahitnya menjadi rakyat biasa.
"Hari ini bisa kita saksikan perekonomian rakyat di desa begitu menggeliat, karena uang rupiah tersedia di desa yang dikerjakan oleh rakyat, bukan oleh perusahaan. Beras rakyat dibeli dan diproses jadi beras premium melalui BPNT," ungkapnya.
"UMKM dibantu melalui KUR yang terus meningkat jumlahnya. Infrastruktur terus dibangun dari Sabang sampai Merauke, darat, laut dan udara. Membuat semakin efisien dan efektif perekonomian kita," lanjutnya.
Ia berharap ke depan Pemerintah dapat mensinergikan kekuatan uang di kota-kota besar Indonesia yang dimiliki para pemodal dengan pergerakan ekonomi rakyat di desa-desa yang sudah mulai didorong Pemerintah ini benar-benar menjadi kekuatan ekonomi nasional yang solid yang mampu bersaing bahkan mengendalikan Ekonomi kawasan dan ekonomi Global.
"Jokowi sangat handal, saat ini didampingi para pembantunya yang kompeten, berintegritas dan berpihak kepada Rakyat," tandasnya.
