Pencegahan Virus Corona, Pemkot Tangsel Akan Semprot Disinfektan di Pasar-pasar

MONITORDAY. COM - Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Tangerang Selatan (Tangsel) tengah berupaya untuk pencegahan penyebaran virus Corona (covid-19). Dalam upayanya Pemkot Tangsel akan merencanakan penyemprotan disinfektan di pasar-pasar dan tempat-tempat yang sering didatangi banyak orang.
Wakil Wali Kota Tangsel, Benyamin Davnie mengatakan saat ini wacana tersebut masih dalam pembahasan dengan satuan gugus tugas covid-19 yang menangani persoalan virus corona di Tangsel.

Menurut Benyamin, kedatangan orang banyak di pasar tidak dapat dicegah karena masyarakat ingin memenuhi kebutuhannya. Rencananya, penyemprotan disinfektan akan dilakukan pada malam hari di sejumlah pasar di wilayah Tangerang Selatan.
"Karena di situ belanja setiap hari orang. Kami lihat, apakah nanti jam 11 malam sampai pagi kami semprot," jelasnya.
Lebih lanjut, Benyamin berharap upaya yang dilakukan Pemkot dapat meminimalisir penyebaran virus corona tersebut.
Diketahui, saat ini ada 144 orang dalam pemantauan (ODP), 66 pasien dalam pengawasan (PDP), delapan terkonformasi positif, dan empat orang lain meninggal dunia karena covid-19.
Sebelumnya, empat orang yang meninggal merupakan warga Kecamatan Pondok Aren, Ciputat Timur, dan Ciputat.
