Hasyim Muzadi Meninggal Dunia Pagi Ini, Ini Ucapan Belasungkawa Para Tokoh
Hasyim Muzadi wafat di usia 72 tahun.

MONDAYREVIEW.COM – KH Hasyim Muzadi, mantan Ketua Pengurus Besar Nahdlatul Ulama meninggal dunia pagi ini (16/3). Hasyim Muzadi wafat di usia 72 tahun. Anggota Dewan Pertimbangan Presiden ini memang telah jatuh sakit sejak awal Januari 2017. Hasyim wafat di rumahnya yang bersebelahan dengan Pondok Pesantren Al-Hikam yang didirikannya.
Hasyim sendiri pernah mencoba untuk berkecimpung di politik praktis dengan mendampingi Megawati Soekarnoputri di pemilihan presiden tahun 2004. Mega-Hasuim di putaran pertama meraih 26,61 persen suara. Sedangkan pada putaran kedua pasangan yang lekat dengan citra Nasionalis-Islam ini mendapatkan 39,38 persen suara dan takluk dari pasangan Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono-Jusuf Kalla.
Meninggalnya KH Hasyim Muzadi mendapatkan banyak ucapan belasungkawa dari berbagai tokoh dan khalayak luas. Mulai dari Menteri Agama Lukman Hakim Saifuddin hingga tokoh agama AA Gym merasa kehilangan tokoh kharismatik tersebut
