Lakeybanget.com - Perusahaan mobil Prancis, Citroen punya cara yang tak biasa untuk merebut hati konsumen, yakni mengincar pelanggan belia "generasi TikTok" di usia 14 tahun, dilansir Reuters pada Kamis (10/9).
Mobil yang dimaksud adalah Citroen Ami, kendaraan mungil berkapasitas dua kursi penumpang yang digerakkan tenaga listrik 6 kilowatt.
Citroen Ami tidak bisa ngebut, laju maksimalnya hanya 45 km/jam. Berdasarkan peraturan di Prancis, kategori mobil listrik seperti itu boleh dikemudikan oleh orang berusia 14 tahun ke atas.

Mobil itu diklaim cukup menarik minat kalangan muda Prancis karena dijual di sebuah jaringan toko elektronik yang juga melego produk ponsel dan video game.
Citroen Ami dijual 6.000 euro (Rp106,7 juta), dan perusahaan mengklaim telah menerima 1.000 pesanan untuk mobil mungil itu.
"Klien pertama yang datang...adalah remaja yang ditemani ayahnya," kata Olivier Garcia, kepala produk toko ritel Fnac Darty yang menjual Citroen Ami.
Dia mengatakan, orang tua memilih mobil itu karena lebih aman ketimbang memberikan sepeda motor atau skuter listrik kepada anaknya.
Di sisi lain, orang tua pun bisa mengendarai Citroen Ami jika memang diperlukan untuk perjalanan singkat di dalam kota, demikian Reuters.
